Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ReceiptFiling, a service that processes receipts and invoices, stores source documents in the storage provider you choose, and records extracted information in either Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

Using the service

You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to process and store it. You must not use ReceiptFiling for unlawful activity, to interfere with the service, or to process content in a way that violates another person's rights.

Automated extraction

Receipt and invoice data is extracted automatically and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it for accounting, tax, legal, reimbursement, or other important decisions.

Your connected storage files

Files and spreadsheets created in your Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive remain in that connected account. Ending your use of ReceiptFiling does not automatically delete those files.

Accounts and availability

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and connected services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product changes.

Free trial and paid plans

Eligible new paid accounts may receive a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, but no subscription charge is due during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected monthly or yearly subscription begins automatically and the payment method on file is charged at the price shown at checkout. Each account is eligible for one free trial unless we state otherwise.

Prices, usage limits, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the ReceiptFiling account page through Stripe's customer portal.

Disclaimer

ReceiptFiling is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
